Poor customer service and updates
The developers don’t keep the App current with the OS X updates. They are currently 8 months behind and if you updated since Septemeber 2015 the Glo app will no longer work. Customer service does not seem to be interested in keeping the App up to date even after contacting them. Don’t spend the money if you keep your software up to date because you won’t be able to use it.
